MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENCY AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE.

Geday do Brasil Internacional is a company that celebrates unity, respect, care, and mutual trust among people. We are responsible for creating competitive advantages to promote strong business results for clients and better benefits for employees, always maintaining a firm stance toward growth and corporate success. What we think and do today—whether adapting to changing times, the evolution of things, people, and society—forms a chain of cause-and-effect relationships that influence our daily performance and that of every employee, client, supplier, or user of our products, goods, and services on our digital platform.

Geday do Brasil is a combination of care, commitments, knowledge, responsibilities, respect, and trust, which shapes our capacity and identity through daily efforts in today’s world. These are structured across multiple levels, adding up like points that encompass our emotions, feelings, ideals, and values. Working honestly and delivering good service is a source of inspiration to everyone—it is like a foundation in our lives, the base upon which we build our identities, and a source of unconditional love and support. Whether in shared laughter around the work table, a comforting embrace in difficult times, the joy of celebrating achievements, or in the invitation to self-awareness and accountability for our choices and thoughts—this spirit guides us.

The most valuable asset we have in life is trust and respect, and above all, placing faith in God. These are the fundamental bases of any business or family relationship. Within this healthy and productive concept, our employees must feel valued and motivated. Geday do Brasil goes far beyond mere profit: it is about fair contribution, creating a harmonious and meaningful work environment, and seeking a positive impact on our organization and society through ethical conduct and faith, with God above all. It is about fostering trust not only in business, professional, and family relations, but also in building discipline with clear goals and objectives, guided by integrity and reliability, ensuring resilient business relationships based on firm character, truth, and respect.

CODE OF ETHICS AND INTEGRITY, CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, AND MANAGEMENT OF PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK FACTORS. Part 01.

INTRODUCTION: DYNAMIC STRUCTURE.

1. Our Code of Corporate Conduct and Ethics establishes the parameters of ethical standards and business behavior that we adopt, positioning us for growth and business success. Although no “standard document or rule” can predict every possible business situation, our Code provides a dynamic framework with guidance for ethical actions and decisions. Good corporate governance is a strong indicator of managerial efficiency and overall quality.
The Code is a fundamental document guiding all our technical and operational activities within the organization, and it serves as a reference whenever there is doubt about Corporate Conduct and Ethics, rights, and obligations—what must and must not be done. Particularly for new employees, the Code must be their first reading about our Company, forming the foundation of their work philosophy with us. Compliance with this Code is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in consequences ranging from a warning to more serious disciplinary actions. Therefore, we invite all those who work with us, both locally and globally, to read and observe this Code and its related policies, so that everyone understands and practices their responsibilities as we expect each employee to represent us in our operations and activities.

2. RISK APPROACH AND POLICY PRINCIPLES.

Within corporate governance guidelines, Geday do Brasil Internacional adopts five fundamental principles: **Transparency**, where trust is the foundation; **Equity**, ensuring fair treatment for all; **Accountability**, keeping responsibility in focus; **Compliance**, respecting the law and regulations; and **Corporate Responsibility**, always present in our business activities and in service to the global society.
We recognize that mental health today is a central issue in corporate contexts and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Therefore, we pay close attention to psychosocial risk factors related to work. Our main objective is prevention—avoiding illness by reducing exposure to risks. We dedicate efforts to preventing the development of mental health issues, whether through individual actions or team-based initiatives. This involves promoting healthy habits and enabling early detection of risk factors such as depressive episodes, severe stress reactions, and adaptation disorders.
Our goal is to formally include these psychosocial risk factors in our policies, offering guidance and clarification on how to act, while also providing professional support for early intervention, prevention, rehabilitation, and treatment of health issues that may affect our employees and contractors.
Geday do Brasil Internacional upholds and disseminates ethical principles, moral values, and commitments to corporate conduct expressed in this Code, while also promoting training and awareness of its content. We must observe both explicit and implicit constitutional principles, including legality, impartiality, equality, morality, transparency, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. Organizational supremacy, reasonableness, proportionality (adequacy and priority), and motivation are also key principles, particularly in ensuring quality care and operations that safeguard the psychological, physical, and social health of our employees. This includes continuous improvements in working conditions, addressing psychosocial risk factors, and strengthening workplace safety, health, and ethics.

3. COMMON GOOD AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

For employees, individuals, companies, and institutions connected with our organization, this Code requires that we carry out our operations and activities with the aim of ensuring well-being, improvement, and the common good, always guided by the company’s values, mission, and vision.
This Regulation applies to all employees, including managers, Executive Board members, members of the Boards of Directors, Audit, and Eligibility Committees, interns, technicians, service providers, and all workers serving the company. It also applies to contractors, partners, research projects, extension activities, capital investments, and new business ventures with private companies and public institutions, both domestically and internationally, in compliance with laws and regulations.

4. SERVICE, INFORMATION, AND REPORTING CHANNELS:

All employees and contracted workers must contribute and report irregular acts, misconduct, falsification, or fraud through the proper channels. This ensures the integrity, confidentiality, authenticity, and security of information—protecting the rights and obligations of all—through our Ombudsman.
This also protects freedom of expression, corporate data, privacy, employee dignity, honor, and the image of individuals, clients, and partner companies. Such measures allow us to maintain operational compliance with strategic policies related to information security, privacy, and corporate governance.
We have a specialized team for prevention, treatment, and immediate response to incidents of professional misconduct and organizational security issues, including fraud, corruption, theft, cybercrime, and digital threats. These are coordinated by the Compliance Audit and Investigation team through our Ombudsman. The Ombudsman acts as our corporate justice provider, receiving complaints, suggestions, praise, or criticism from clients and citizens through the appropriate reporting channel, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations, activities, and services.
